Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Manager with various tasks
• Gathering information from stakeholders both internal and external
• Professional communication with clients and team (in France and China)
• Maintain general oversight and insure accuracy of records and database
• Ensure good communication with internal departments involved in project
• Follow all company internal policies

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant field
• French, English required and Chinese will be a plus
• Experience in Supply Chain will be a plus
• Excellent ability of Excel and have good sense with numbers
• Be Analytical to details

Report relationship: Supply Chain Supervisor

Member of ASI GROUP and created in 2008 in Shanghai, ASI Solutions is a Trading and Supply Chain Services company that provides tailor made solutions for international businesses with a special focus on the Fashion, Cosmetic and Food & Beverage sectors.

We are looking for an intern that will join our Food Business unit team and report to the Supply Chain Supervisor. The scope of the mission is to help on the day to day work and follow the international trade for one of our key account.

The position is only open for native Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day to day operation:

  • Place and follow purchase order;

  • Follow up sales order;

  • Follow up physical flow of goods;

  • Preparation of documentation for the transport and importation processes;

  • Detection of risks and prevention of issues;

• Assist in the preparation of reports, SOPs and Presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree;

• Organized, coordinated and detail oriented;

• English & Chinese required. German or French would be a plus;

• Experience in Supply Chain would be plus;

• Excellent ability of M.S Office Pack.

Member of ASI GROUP and created in 2008 in Shanghai, ASI Solutions is a Trading and Supply Chain Services company that provides tailor made solutions for international businesses with a special focus on the Fashion, Cosmetic and Food & Beverage sectors.

We are looking for an intern that will join our Food Business unit team and report to the Food Business Unit Manager. The scope of the mission is to develop our network of suppliers and producers, especially in Europe in order to increase our current catalog.

The position is open for both Chinese and Foreigners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement activities:
  • Identify sourcing needs based on the requirements of the sales team;
  • Maintain close relationship with current suppliers;
  • Establish long-lasting partnership with new suppliers;
  • Targeted market: Europe, South America;
• Follow up on current day to day operations:
  • Prepare the Purchase Orders;
  • Communicate on a daily basis with suppliers;
  • Follow up of the orders;
• Assist in the preparation of reports, SOPs and Presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree;
• Open minded, eloquent, excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• English required, Chinese and French would be a plus;
• Experience in Supply Chain would be a plus;
• Excellent ability of M.S. Office Pack.
