Since 2019, ASI Solutions has been the tea blends company Richard Royal Tea in developing on the Chinese market. From import to final customer delivery, we provided comprehensive BPO solutions to ensure seamless success!

THE PROJECT

With a history dating back to the 19th century, Richard Royal Tea offers tea blends made in the traditional English style, each combining various teas, aromatic herbs, and spices. In 2020, Richard Royal Tea started working with ASI Solutions in order to start selling their products on the Chinese market. Thanks to our comprehensive, tailor-made Business Process Outsourcing solutions, the company was able to enter and start operating in the market seamlessly!

THE SOLUTIONS WE PROVIDED

ASI Solutions provides Richard Tea with comprehensive Business Process Outsourcing solutions, allowing them to seamlessly start to sell their products online. We thus handle of the importing and transporting of Richard Tea’s products, as well as their storage, stock management, order preparation and delivery. We also assist them in their financial operations, handling part of their financial operations and providing them with detailed reporting. Finally, we connected the brand with our dedicated e-commerce partners resulting in the set-up and opening of a T-Mall flagship store, while ASI Solutions handles the resulting operations, order management, preparation, and delivery.
